Polymerizaton Kinetics ànd Molecular Properties of Lithium-Based Polybutadiene: The Influence of Modifier Concentration – Akhmetov I.G, Bourganov R.T.,Boreyko N.P., Kalashnikova O.A., Gluchovskoy V.S. (P. 2).

Kinetic parameters of butadiene polymerization and molecular characteristics of polybutadiene synthesized using n-butyllithium («Lapramolat M-3») based initiator system against different concentration of the modifier was studied. The changes in synthesis conditions have a significant effect on molecular and structural characteristics of the obtained polymer.

Application of Anionic Catalysts in Synthesis of Solution Butadiene-Styrene Rubbers – Rakhmatullin A.I., Kazakov U.Ì., Aksenov V. I., Novikova A.S., Eliseeva I.V., Galibeev S.S., Volfson S.I. (P. 9).

Regularities of synthesis of SSBR of wide range of vinyl units using new anionic catalyst were studied. Optimal proportion of components of anionic catalyst systems, providing required content of bound styrene as well as 1,4-trans, 1,4-cis, and 1,2 butadiene units was determined. Microstructure and molecular-mass characteristics of new polymers were investigated.

Influence of Molecular Structure of Ethylene-Propylene Rubber on Properties of Binary PP/EPDM Blends – Bau-man N.A., Volkov A.M., Ryzhikova I.G., Galibeev S.S., Khovanskaya O.Y., Maksimova N.V., Volfson S.I. (P. 11).

The changes of properties of binary PP/EPDM blends under peroxide modification of ethylene-propylene rubber were studied. Modification results in essential increase of impact strength of blend at simultaneous growth of the important technological parameter – melt flow index. Effect of structure and molecular weight of EPDM is shown.

Effect of Polyethylene on the Oxidation Rate of Row Blends Based on Butyl and Ethylene-Propylene Rubbers – Markov V.V., Monachova T.V., Popov A.A., Reznichenko S.A., Vlasenko F.S., Evreinov Y.V., Kornev A.E., Kukushkin Y.V. (P. 14).

The comparison of oxidation rate of different types of polyethylene, rubber blends based on butyl and ethylene-propylene rubbers and the same blend with addition of polyethylene is presented. The rate of polyethylene oxidation is 4-7 higher then the rate of row rubber blends based on butyl and ethylene-propylene rubbers. But addition of polyethylene to these blends improves its oxidation resistance.

Geometrical Characteristics of the Structure of Elastomeric Compositions Modified with Carbon Nanomaterials – Mansurova I.A., Vaganov V.E., Fomin S.V., Abramov D.V., Shirokova E.S., Morozov I.A. (P. 19).

Effect of carbon nanomaterial on structure and properties of elastomeric compositions based on SKI-3 have been studied. Modification of carbon black N220 by carbon nanostructures together with ultrasonic treatment results in the change of the properties of the filler, filled rubber compounds and vulcanized rubber. Fractal dimensions of modified filler in rubber is determined.

To Setting up a Problem of Calculation of Stress Field of Unit Cell of Elastomeric Nanocomposite – Gamlickiy Yu.A, Levin V.A., Filippenko E.V., Yakovlev M.Ya. (Ð. 22).

The models of unit cell of elastomeric nanocomposites with the particles of filler of different structure are offered. The possibility to calculate elastic properties of nanocomposites at finite deformations with the use of FEM is shown. The influence of degree of filling, type of strain energy function, thickness of the modified layer of rubber matrix near-by the surface of particles are under discussion.

Application of Highly Dispersed Powdered Rubber Based on Polychloroprene in The Compounds Based on the Same Rubber – Adov M.V., Zuev A.V., Pitchkhidze S.Y., Yrovskiy V.S. (P. 25).

The possibility to introduce up to 25 mass % the highly dispersed powdered rubber based on polychloroprene (PCP) in the automotive technical compounds based on the blend PCP/PVC without the change of stress-strain properties is shown.

ε-Caprolactam Behaviour on the Surface of Silica Particles – Puchkov A.F., Spiridonova M.P., Kablov V.F. (P. 27).

Chemical behaviour of ε-caprolactam on the surface of silica particles have been studied by means of IR-spectroscopy and DTA. Effect of moisture is shown. Importance of obtained results for processing conditions is under discussion.

Adhesive properties of styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomers of linear (DST-30- 01) and radial (DST-30R-01) structure are studied. The advantage of ÒPEs of linear structure possessing higher chain mobility and tensile strength is shown.

To the Effect of Chemical Composition of Disperse Carbon Surface on Dimensions of Elastomer Adsorption Layers – Kiseleva E.A., Razdiakonova G.I., Nedelkin V.I. (P. 43).

Dimensions of polyisoprene adsorption layers on carbon surface of different chemical composition have been measured by means of TEM and FAM. Results obtained are similar to results obtained by means of EPR. Oxygen presence results in decrease of molecular mass of polyisoprene in adsorption layers.
