Effect of Microstructure of Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Rubber on Properties of Polyethylene Based TPR – Zaderenko T.V., Goncharuk G.P., Yulovskaya V.D., Serenko O.A., Zelenetskii A.N. (P. 2).

Properties of vulcanized ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM of SKEPT type) of different types as well as polyethylene and SKEPT based TPR have been studied. Effects of presence of long ethylene sequences on mechanical properties, strength in particular, of both vulcanized SKEPT and TPR and their similarity are shown.

Modifying of Elastomer Matrix of Rubber for High Temperature Service by Particles of Metals of Variable Valence – Novakov I.A., Kablov V.F., Petryuk I.P., Somova A.E. (P. 5).

Modifying of ethylene-propylene rubber by Cu and Ni particles of high dispersity has been studied. Improvement of thermo- and heat resistance and possibility to obtain rubbers for high temperature service under limited air access are shown.

To the Change of Crystalline Structure of Zinc Oxide in Binary Melt e-Caprolactam – Stearic Acid – Puchkov A.F., Kablov V.F., Talbi E.V., Arisova V.N. (P. 8).

By X-ray diffraction crystalline structure of ZnO has been studied and its change in binary melt e-caprolactam – stearic acid is shown. The increase of its defect results in the increase of its activity in vulcanization process and activity of the triple alloy as a whole.

Study on Volatility of Ingredients of Tire Rubbers in Different Temperature Regimes of Processing and Vulcanization – Il’yasov R.S., Mokhnatkina E.G., Potapov E.E., Sakharova E.V., Pyzhonkova V.V. (P. 14).

Ingredients mass losses of tire rubber specimens under time-temperature conditions similar to that of processing have been estimated quantitatively by TGA. Individual and overall losses were calculated.

Forecasting of Serviceability of Bulky Rubber Technical Items – Gaidadin A.N., Petryuk I.P., Kablov V.F. (P. 18).

The mathematical model for the changes of mechanical parameters of rubbers by volume under thermal aging in conditions of limited access of air oxygen is offered. Its use allows to evaluate resource of serviceability of a large-sized rubber items after storage or under service.
