Polymerization of Dienes over Cobalt Catalysts Involving Methylalumoxane – Yakovlev V.A., Gavrilenko I.F., Glebova N.N., Kostitsina N.N. (P. 2).

Polymerization of butadiene and isoprene over specially produced catalysts contained cobalt has been studied. Polymeri-zation kinetics, molecular structure and polymer yield of different system studied is under comparison.

Effect of Temperature on Polymerization Kinetics and Structure of Polybutadiene Produced over Lithium Initiator System – Akhmetov I.G., Boreiko N.P., Burganov R.T., Glukhovskoi V.S., Kalashnikova O.A., Kozlov V.G., Salakhov I.I., Sakhabutdinov A.G. (P. 4).

Kinetic parameters of the polymerization process and the molecular characteristics of polybutadiene, produced over n-butyllithium–«Lapramolat M-3» based initiator system, were determined in the temperature range of 30–90 °C. Increase of temperature results in increase of polymerization rate, decrease of molecular mass and decrease of polybutadiene vinyl content. Polymer microstructure is independent of polymerization degree.

Effect of Acid-Basic Factors (Acidity) on Intermolecular Processes and Some Properties of Styrene-Butadiene Rubber SKS-30 ARK under Ozonolysis of Latex – Vlasova L.A. , Poluektov P.Ò., Gritskova I.A. (P. 6).

Stability of ozonide cycles formed under modification of unsaturated polymers as intermediate product and its dependence on ðÍ of environment as well as some properties of styrene-butadiene rubber SKS-30 ARK under ozonolysis of latex have been studied.

On the Quality of Fluorine Rubber SKF-26 – Zuev A.V., Sochnev A.N., Morozova N.G., Pitchkhidze S.Ya., Yurovskii V.S. (P. 9).

Significant difference between the series-produced fluorine rubber SKF-26 and the import analogues namely the considerable difference of globular part content and its instability in SKF-26 is shown. Control of mechanical loss tg by means of RPA 2000 and of the filler type and dosage as well as addition of low molecular fluorine rubber SKF-26 ÎNÌ to improve the processing properties of rubber SKF-26 were suggested.

Effect of Storage and Aging Conditions on Rheological Properties of Butadiene Acrylonitrile Copolymers – Dreval' V.E., Emel'yanov S.V., Krentsel' L.B., Litmanovich A.D., Kulichikhin V.G. (P. 11).

Rheological properties of butadiene acrylonitrile copolymers under different conditions of aging have been evaluated. Correlation between effect of long-term storage under ambient temperature and short-term aging at 100 °Ñ in argon is shown.

Effect of Partial Cross-Linking of Ethylene-Propylene Rubber SKEPT on Mechanical Properties of PP–SKEPT Blends – Novokshonov V.V., Musin I.N., Kimel'blat V.I. (P. 15).

The essential increase of the level of mechanical properties of PP–SKEPT blends as a result of partial cross-linking of EPDM has been shown. The increase of compatibility of components and synergism is supposed.

Polymer Composites with Layered Silicates Based on Isoprene Rubber – Tutorskii I.A., Kuzin V.S., Pokid'ko B.V. (P. 18).

Composites with layered silicates based on synthetic isoprene rubber SKI-3 have been obtained in the presence of 50 ppm of carbon black. Modification of silicates by distearyldimethylammonium chloride results in increase of mechanical properties of composites.

Study of Aerosol Filtration in Layer of Porous Carbon Granules – Shopin V.M., Dmitriev K.I. (P. 22).

Filtration of aerosol of disperse carbon in the stationary layer of technical carbon porous granules in pilot plant have been studied. Effective parameters of processes of filtration as well as regeneration of granules layer in the fluidized bed were presented.

The Peculiarities of the Synthesis and Efficiency of Stabilizing Systems – Dorofeeva Yu.N., Zemskii D.N., Ionova N.I. (P. 26).

New antiagers are presented. Processing and mechanical properties as well as age resistance of vulcanized rubbers based on synthetic polyisoprene rubber SKI-3 of these new antiagers have been studied and shown to be of the same level as for common antiagers. Vulcanized rubbers with new antiagers meet all the requirements.

Effect of Active Processing Additives on Properties of Cable Rubbers – D'yakonova L.M. , Novikov D.V., Levit R.G., Miroshnikov Yu.P. (P. 27).

Effects of active processing additives (amide of fatty acid, glyceryl monostearate and Refover® Ñ102Ñ-12) on mechanical and processing (including vulcanization) properties, of raw rubber compounds as well as on electrical, thermal and mechanical characteristics of cable rubbers have been studied. It was shown that these additives, especially amide of fatty acid, while not effecting final properties of the rubbers, results in noticeable improvement of processing properties of the rubber compounds and quality of the insulation layer.

Cold Curing Adhesion Compositions Based on Butadiene-Nitrile Rubber and Chlorine-Containing Polymers – Kotova S.V., Lyusova L.R., Popov A.A., Livanova N.M., Karpova S.G. (P. 29).

Effect of chlorine-containing polymers on adhesion properties of cold curing glues based on butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber has been studied. Interaction between functional groups of butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber and chlorine-containing polymers (PVC and chlorinated NR) was analyzed by means of IR spectroscopy and EPR.

The Formula Development of Water-Swelling Hermetic – Chernikov A.I., Shutilin Yu.F., Igumenova T.I. (P. 32).

The opportunity of development of water-swelling hermetic material on the base of ethylene-propylene terpolymer and bentonite is studied. Possible activation of bentonite by different chemicals is shown and some processing characteristics of obtained hermetic have been examined.

Modeling of Vulcanization Processes of Porous Rubber Goods – Dvornikov D.E., Voskresenskii A.M., Klochkov V.I., Sirotinkin N.V. (P. 35).

Description of model of kinetics of two parallel processes – chemical foaming and vulcanization of a polymeric material is presented. The mutual influence connected with changes of thermal characteristics of rubber as a result of a pore-formation is under consideration. Simulation of vulcanization processes of rubber compound during its foaming in a liquid heat-transfer agent and during its mold vulcanization is developed.

Method of Recycling of Pneumatic Tire – Veschev A.A., Provorov A.V. (P. 37).

The low-cost method and equipment for recycling of worn pneumatic tire covers with subsequent production of useful «floral vase»-type articles are described. The recommendations for organizing the production of such articles and for manufacturing the necessary equipment are presented.
