The New Chlorine Containing Rubber for Inner Liner of Radial Passenger Tires – Andriasyan Yu.O., Nesterova E.G., Popov A.A., Bobrov A.P., Moskalev Yu.G. (P. 8).

Production and properties of new chlorinated butyl rubber, containing 2,5 mol. % of fixed chlorine are described. Effect of its use on technological and mechanical properties of inner liner of radial passenger tires has been studied.

Synthesis of Diene¬Styrene Latexes in Presence of Surfactant Mixture – Gritskova I.A., Krasheninnikov I.G., Papkov V.S., Petukhova A.V. Basov B.K., Kheksel’ L. (P. 9).

Copolymerization of isoprene and styrene in the presence of mixture of two surfactant has been studied. It was established that stable latexes in the process of synthesis of determine rate under determine relationship of components of surfactant mixture is obtainable only in presence of water- and oil-soluble initiators.

Thermostability of Rubber Compounds Based on Butyl Rubber Reclaim Obtained under Radiation – Vagizova R.R., Khakimullin Yu.N., Makarov T.V., Volfson S.I., Stepanov P.A., Palyutin F.M. (P. 11).

Mechanical properties and thermostability of rubber compounds based on butyl rubber reclaim obtained under -radiation have been studied. The possibility to obtain rubber compounds of high thermostability (higher than that of rubber compounds based on butyl rubber itself) is shown in the case of the choice of soluble vulcanizing agent.

The Providing of Ozoneresistance of Technical Rubber Goods of Rubber Compounds Based on NBR by Means of Their Modification – Pyatov I.S., Fedotova E.S., Tikhonova S.V., Bychkova T.V., Maksimova Yu.A. (P. 14).

Effect of modification of rubber goods based on NBR by means of conditioning in the media of polyethylene glycol under different temperatures has been studied. Modification results in increase of ozoneresistance and decrease of friction coefficient

Modification of Butyl Rubber – Gil’manov Kh.Kh., Shiyapov R.T., Boreiko N.P., Sofronova O.V., Evtishina N.M., Chelnokova S.Z., Vasil’ev P.V., Valenchits T.P., Lopatina T.P. (P. 15).

The possibility to obtain butyl rubber of higher molecular¬mass distribution has been studied. Higher molecular¬mass distribution has to decrease the modulus of rubber compounds and to improve the working life of diaphragms. Three possibilities are shown: 1) control of the molecular mass in the process of polymerization; 2) addition of low molecular polyisobutylene to standard rubber compounds; 3) mixing of rubbers of significant differences of Mooney viscosity.

Thermoresistant Nanocomposites with Layered Silicates Based on Butadiene Acrylonitrile Rubber – Tutorskii I.A., Al’tzitser V.S., Pokid’ko B.V., Bitt V.V. (P. 16).

Nanocomposites with layered silicates based on butadiene acrylonitrile rubber BNKS-28 have been obtained and studied by means of different methods. Intercalations of macromolecules into internal area of montmorillonite as well as increase of the level of mechanical properties are shown. Modification of fillers results in increase of thermostability of nanocomposites.

Nanocomposites Based Polymer Films Absorbing Electromagnetic Radiation – Naumenko V.Yu., Voronin I.V. (P. 19).

Multilayer (2–3 layers) films based on polymers (different types of rubber and epoxy resin) filled with nanofillers have been obtained and its possibility to absorbs electromagnetic radiation was studied.

About the Possibility of Application of Shungit in Technical Rubber Production – Proicheva A.G., Morozov Yu.L., Reznichenko S.V., Valia A.S. (P. 22).

The possibility of application of shungit Neokarbon-20 in different technical rubber compounds has been studied. The use of Neokarbon-20 open the possibility to improve the properties and decrease the cost of some compounds based on different rubbers and dedicated to production of different technical rubber goods such as belts, profiles and so on.

Specific Features of Application of NMR¬Relaxation to Study of Chemical Composition and Degradation Processes of Elastomers – Tselischeva L.V., Grunin L.Yu., Stepanov P.A., Khakimullin Yu.N. (P. 24).

The change of parameters of pulse NMR method (time of spin¬spin relaxation T2 and amplitude of fall of magnetic induction) have been studied in the course of mechanical degradation and -radiation of elastomer samples based on different types of rubber. Method is proposed for studying of chemical composition and degradation processes of elastomers.

Ecological and Economical Efficiency of Regrooved Tires. Part I. Technical Base and Ecology – Slyudikov L.D., Volodina T.N. (P. 27).

Technical details of tread regroovng of bus and trolleybus tires and its ecological advantages are described.
