Effect of Fireproofing Additives on Properties of Silicone Rubbers – Mikhailova G.A., Baburina V.A., Kalmykova V.Ya., Deberdeev R.Ya., Kutyrev G.A. (P. 2).

Effect of different types of halogensfree powdery fireproofing additives on properties of silicone rubbers has been studied. The best ones are chosen; their efficient content is determined and recommended for commercial use.

Properties of Elastomeric Compositions Containing Salts of Maleinized Rosin – Lamotkin S.A., Chernyshova T.V., Shashok Zh.S., Lamotkin A.I., Kolnogorov K.P. (P. 5).

The amidosalts of metals on the basis of maleinized rosin have been synthesized and their compatibility with elastomeric matrix is shown. The use of these additives in compounds based on isoprene rubber SKI3 results in decrease of viscosity of unfilled rubber compounds and has nearly no effect on strength properties.

Synthesis of Azomethines in Polymer Matrix – Novakov I.A., Novopol' tseva O.M., Rubanova R.A., Mosina Yu.S. (P. 8).

Effect of addition of of hexachloropxylene and aminophenol in rubber compound based on the blend of isoprene and butadiene rubber has been studied. Synthesis of azomethine in the course of vulcanization and its effect as adhesion promoter is shown. Improving of age resistance is also shown.

Determination of Relaxation Properties of Elastomers by Means of Response on the Pulse Impact Loading – Kren' A.P. (P. 9).

Design of device is proposed for the dynamic indentation of elastomers in temperature range –160 – +100 °C. Method of evaluation of relaxation characteristics, namely modulus time dependence, of elastomers based on results obtained is described. The possibilities of the use it in engineering practice for the predicting of the behavior of elastomers under applied impact load is pointed.

Determination of Mass Composition of Polymer Blends by Furie Transform IR–Spectroscopy (FTIR). Polyamide – Poly(3hydroxybutyrate) System – Zhulkina A.L., Markin V.S., Kosenko R.Yu., Shershnev V.A., Iordanskii A.L. (P. 13).

Method of mass component ratio determination in films of PA–PHB blends by means of FTIR has been developed. Method is of high sensitivity and is usable for other polymer blends.

Evaluation of Condition and Possibility to Extend the Service Life of Shock Absorbers of VibrationProof Insulation Systems under LongTime Loading – Tsyss V.G., Anikin E.S., Sergaeva M.Yu. (P. 17).

Methods of evaluation of condition of shock absorbers of vibrationproof insulation systems are under consideration. The way to extend their service life is proposed.

The Choice of Modes of Production of LongSized Rubber Technical Items of the Guaranteed Quality – Sokolov M.V., Klinkov A.S., Belyaev P.S. (P. 20).

Theoretical grounds of determination of rational values of overall shear under continuous milling of rubber compounds and extrusion of longsized rubber technical items of the guaranteed quality are considered.

Grinding of the Waste of Silicone Rubber by Means of ElasticDeformation Action – Serenko O.A., Muradova U.A., Meshkov I.B., Obolonkova E.S., Zelenetskii S.N., Muzafarov A.M. (P. 24).

Conditions providing grinding of the waste of Silicone Rubber by means of elasticdeformation action in extruders are studied. The use of modifiers increasing the density of crosslinking and the rigidity of rubber results in the increase of efficiency of grinding.

Actuality of the Task of Improving the Characteristics of Technical Rubber Goods by Means of Control Theory Methods – Sochnev A.N., Sadchikova G.M., Biryukov V.P. (P. 27).

Analysis of characteristics of finished technical rubber goods as well as processing process is presented with one of the articles as an example. Necessity and opportunity to develop systems for characteristics control of both intermediate products and finished goods to increase the quality and stability of finished goods is shown.
