Stabilization of Stereoregular Polyisoprene Rubber by Hydroxypropylated Derivatives of Aromatic Amines Ionova N.I., Zemskii D.N., Safin D.Ch. (P. 8).

The behavior of hydroxypropylated derivatives of p-aminediphenylamine in the process of the extraction of stereoregular polyisoprene rubber was studied. Effective protection of the rubber from the thermo-oxidative aging at the increase of the degree of hydroxypropylation was demonstrated. Low activity of investigated substances in the inhibition of mechanical destruction of rubber was sown.

Cleaning of Polybutadiene Processing Equipment from Polymeric Accumulations by the Method of Chemical Destruction Ismagilova L.Z., Borejjko N.P., Trifonova O.M. (P. 11).

Method of cleaning of processing equipment, in particular reactors for polybutadiene synthesis, was studied. Nitroxyl radical was in use. Molecular characteristics and microstrucure of disrupt polybutadiene samples were defined.

The Use of Bentonites of Berezov Origin for Modification of Thermoplastic Rubber Volfson S.I., Okhotina N.A., Nigmatullina A.I., Sabirov R.K., Lygina T.Z., Gubaidullina A.M., Naumkina N.I., Trofimova F.A. (P. 14).

Effect of laminated fillers, namely bentonites of Berezov origin, modified by quaternary ammonium salt, on mechanical and operating properties of thermoplastic rubber based on butadiene acrylonitrile rubber and polypropylene was studied. The structure and thermal stability of filled thermoplastic rubber were analyzed by XRD, TGA and DSC methods. The best complex of properties is shown for thermoplastic rubber containing 1 5 wt of bentonites.

Rheological behavior of the molding compositions based on hydroxyl-containing oligomeric butadiene rubber was studied. Modification by introduction of a small amount of organosiloxanes on the stage of the coating results in decrease of viscosity and increase of fluidity at low shear rates i.e. open the possibility to control processing properties.

Effect of Oxygen-Containing Environment on Deformation Behavior and Efficiency of Technical Rubber Goods Kuznetsova I.A., Fomina L.G., Stogova E.P. (P. 28).

Compression set of rubbers based on styrene-butadiene (SKMS-10) and ethylene-propylene rubber in air and oxygen under pressure up to 40 MPa have been studied. Equivalence of compression set increase in air under 40 MPa and in oxygen under 10 MPa as well as in air under 23 MPa and in oxygen under 5 MPa i.e. importance of oxygen content is shown. Comparison of data for rubbers of monosulfide and C-C cross-links is presented.

Stress-Strain State of Vulcanizate under Processing on Rolling Crushing Machine in Various Conditions Durosov L.S., Durosov S.M., Solovev M.E. (P. 31).

Deformation behavior of the rubber sample under processing on rolling crushing machine was approximates using linear model and FEM. Effect of clearance dimension between rollers, friction ratio and sliding factor of crushed material on stress-strain state of the sample is studied.

Effect of Carbon Black Morphology on a Viscosity of the Filled Hydrogels Kokhanovskaya O., Razdiakonova G.I. (P. 41).

Effect of the form of the carbon black primary aggregates on the viscosity of filled polyvinyl alcohol hydrogels is studied. The nearer the aggregats form to spherical one, the lower is the viscosity. The higher effect of the form of carbon black aggregates than their dimensions is shown.
