Some Special Feature of CrossLinking and Destruction of Polydienes – Shutilin Yu.F., Karmanova O.V. (P. 19).

An approach to the description of crosslinking and destruction of polydienes is presented. Critical molecular weight of the chain part providing the possibility of chemical reactions of vulcanization and oxidation is evaluated.

Key words: polydienes, vulcanization, destruction

Analysis of Methods of Calculation of Activation Energy of Termodestruction of Elastomer Materials According to the Data of Dynamic Thermogravimetry – Petryuk I.P., Gaidadin A.N., Kablov V.F., Malinovskaya L.V. (P. 22).

Comparison of some methods of calculation of kinetic parameters of polymers thermodestruction based on the data of thermogravimetry is presented. Coats – Redfern method is shown to be most acceptable for elastomers.

Effect of Anionic Emulsifier on Ozone Resistance of Vulcanizates Based on Butadiene Acrylonitrile Rubbers – Sokolova L.V., Matukhina E.V. (P. 25).

Dependence of the ozone resistance of vulcanizates based on BNK on double bonds content and deformation is shown. Surfactants addition results usually in decrease of ozone resistance of vulcanizates under stress. Some conclusions about rubber structure in surfactants presence are presented.

Key words: BNK, ozone resistance, surfactant, rubber structure

Effect of Surfactants on Structure of Vulcanizates Based on Butadiene Acrylonitrile Rubbers – Sokolova L.V., Matukhina E.V. (P. 28).

Xray diffraction under small and large angles of BNK and zinc stearate has been studied. Conclusions about formation of liquid crystals (LK) of zinc stearate in presence of surfactant and about effect of its orientation on decrease of ozone resistance under deformation are presented. Involvement of zinc stearate in deformation of rubber chains is shown.

Key words: BNK, zinc stearate, surfactant, Xray diffraction under small and large angles, LK structure, ozone resistance

On the Problem of Activating Action of Shungite at Sulfur Vulcanization of Elastomers – Shershnev V.A., Kuz’micheva G.M., Reznichenko S.V., Astahova E.A., Glebova Yu.A., Pyzhonkova V.V. (P. 31).

The phase composition of shungite was studied by xray data. Among the identified compounds the bulk of constitute graphitelike carbon, sili

con oxide and aluminum silicate. So the activating action of shungite at sulfur vulcanization may be due to its adsorption and chemisorption activity with respect to sulfur and its complexes with accelerators.
