Processing and mechanical properties of elastomeric compositions based on NBR BNK-28AM(N) and diamond-containing burden were studied. Improvement of wear resistance is shown. The other properties are of the same level as that of compositions not containing the burden.

Key words:, NBR BNK-28AM(N), diamond-containing burden, processing and mechanical properties, wear resistance.

New Applications of Carbon Black. Recultivation of Oil-Polluted Soils – Razdyakonova G.I., Svarovskaya L.I., Likholobov, V.A. Altunina L.K. (P 14 )

The effect of carbon materials on the activity of the soil biocenosis was studied. Introducing of carbon black and carbon-carbon technical sorbent Tekhnosorb stimulate the growth of population and enzymatic activity of aboriginal microflora and results in the increase of degradation degree of oil n-alkanes.

Key words: carbon black, Tekhnosorb sorbent, soil, oil, recultivation, microorganisms, chromatography

Water Permeability of Needle-Piercing Materials Impregnated with Latex – Dedov A.V. (P 22)

Dependence of water penetration of the impregnated needle-piercing materials on degree of impregnation is studied. Permeability of the impregnated materials depends on its porosity. The freedom from phase permeability is seen at volume of pores not completely filled with rubber.

Key words: impregnation, latex, needle-piercing material, water permeability
