Modification of Cis­1,4­Polybutadiene by Copolymers of Maleic Anhydride and α­Olefin: Effect of α-­Olefin Nature – Akhmetov I.G., Kubanov K.M., Ziganshina E.F. (P. 2).

The process of modification of cis­1,4­polybutadiene by copolymer of maleic anhydride and an ­olefin chosen from the series: 1­decene, 1­dodecene, 1­tetradecene, 1­hexadecene is studied. It was found that the efficiency of copolymer as a modifier is increased with its number in this series.

Effect of Low Molecular Weight Polybutadiene Microstructure on Polydicyclopentadiene Properties – Bogomolova Ì.N., Zemlyakov D.I., Ashirov R.V. (P. 5).

Effect of microstructure of low molecular weight polybutadiene rubber on the properties of polydicyclopentadiene, obtained by polymerization of the polybutadiene solution in dicyclopentadien in the presence of the original Hoveyda­Grubbs Catalyst 2nd Generation, has been studied. Important role of 1,4­ and 1,2­ butadiene units in the process of metathesis is shown.

Effect of Shungit as Activator of Sulfur Vulcanization of Ethylene­Propylene­Diene Rubbers, Filled with Carbon Black – Glebova Yu.A., Shershnev V.A., Reznichenko S.V., Pyzhonkova V.V. (P. 9).

Static and dynamic mechanical properties as well as swelling of compounds based on ethylene­propylene rubbers, filled with carbon black and shungit have been studied. Comparison with data for compounds containing ZnO shows the same or even the best results. Conclusion about the possibility of the use of shungit as activator of sulfur vulcanization is presented. Effect of microstructure of rubber is also studied.

Modification of elastomeric compounds based on BNR by 2­substituted of benzimidazole (2­septodetsilbenzimidazol and 2­abietinatbenzimidazol), obtained by interaction of phenylenediamine with cis­oleic and abietic acids in the presence of phosphoric acid, was studied. Effect on mechanical and vulcanization properties, heat resistance and thermal aging of the obtained elastomer materials in dependence on their composition is shown.

Modification of Butadiene Rubber SKD­2 by Organosols of Metals, Obtained by Electrochemical Method – Pavlov A.V., Vymorkova Yu.M. (P. 20).

Modification of butadiene rubber SKD­2 by colloidal solutions of lead of particle sizes up to 200 nm, obtained by electrochemical method has been studied. Increase of heat conductivity of rubber and vulcanization rate of rubber compounds is shown.

Modeling of Shaping of Carcass of Radial Tire on the Basis of the Applied Theory of the Materials Reinforced by Fibres – Akhundov V. M., Lunev V.P. (P. 23).

The shaping of single­played steel cord carcass of radial tire from a cylindrical purveyance is modeled. Model is based on the applied theory of the materials reinforced by fibers, which determines its spatial character. Co­operating of carcass with a breaker belt and its consequent adhesion is shown.

Calculation of the Equilibrium Configuration of the Bias­Ply Tire – Mukhin O.N. (P. 26).

The brief review of early works on calculation of the equilibrium configuration of a bias­ply tire is presented. In the framework of a model of a net shell the new algorithm of the calculation is offered. It opens the possibility to take into account changeability of layers number, effect of the rubber and force of inertia at rotation of the wheel.

Effect of Modification of Adhesive «88CA» with Nanotubes on Adhesive Properties – Barishev A.S., Zuev A.A., Solov’ev M.E., Gudkov S.V., Vaganov V.E. (P. 31).

The possibility of modifying the elastomeric adhesive with carbon nanofibers is studied. Increase of the adhesive strength of rubber/metal composites at the introduction of the nanofibers is shown. FEM is in use for calculation of stress in boundary layers of rubber.

Solution of Some Ecological Problems by Osonolis Method in Production of Emulsion Rubber – Poluektov P.T., Vlasova L.A., Yurkina L.L. (P. 33).

The use of osonolis in production of emulsion styrene­butadiene rubber is shown to results in modification of rubber, as well as decrease of styrene wastes and neutralize of waste water.

Influence of Sodium Hydroxide and Carboxylated Latex SKD­1s in Composition of Second Stage Adhesive for Polyester Cord on Adhesion to Rubbers Containing NR – Shmurak I.L., Usatov V.Yu., Litvinova N.V., Shatunova I.A., Salnikova G.A. (P. 37).

Adhesion to rubbers of polyester cord activated with blocked polyisocyanate composition and dipped with adhesive containing sodium hydroxide and butadiene carboxylated latex SKD­1s was determined. In the case of rubbers containing NR it is less in comparison with the adhesion if adhesive was without sodium hydroxide and latex SKD­1s. The explanation of this effect was suggested.

On Development of Polyfiber Filler for Thermoplastic Polymer Composite of Tire Purpose – Naumenko M.A. (P. 38).

Polyfiber filler of special surface relief for thermoplastic polymer composite is developed. This composite is intended for emergency support of wheel bearing engine of tracks. Without any noticeable change of density the use of filler provide acceptable range of long­term constructional properties.
