Structure and Properties of Blends Based on Butadiene Acrylonitrile Rubber and Ethylene-Propylene Terpolymers – Zhil’tsova I.M., Evreinov Yu.V., Lyakin Yu.I., Shershnev V.A., Popov A.A. (P. 2).

Properties of blends of butadiene acrylonitrile rubber (SKN) of different acrylonitrile content and ethylene-propylene terpolymers (SKEPT) had been studied by means of light microscopy, Thermomechanical measurements and gyrostatic weighing under extension. The lower the acrylonitrile content in SKN the higher is the concentration of SKEPT corresponding to formation of its continuous phase. The blends of SKN-26, SKN-18 and SKEPT are desirable for better compromise between oil- and ozone-resistance.

Critical Parameters of Deformation of High-Filled Rubbers under Flow throw Channel of Round Cross-Section – Korchagin V.I. (P. 4).

Rheological properties of rubbers obtained from latexes and filled with ground wastes based on phenol-formaldehyde resins had been studied by means of capillary viscometer. Effect of temperature and plasticizers is shown.

The Use of Neodymium Butadiene Rubbers in Tire Rubbers for Tread and Sidewall – Kornev A.E., Bobrov A.P., Kuzin V.S., Zvezdenkov K.A. (P. 7).

Physico-chemical, mechanical and processing properties of butadiene rubbers of different types have been studied. Advantages of neodymium rubbers are shown especially in the case of mechanical properties.

Mechanical Characteristics of Thermoplastic Rubbers of Better Phase Compatibility – Sagdeeva E.G., Vol’fson S.I. (P. 10).

Effect of processing procedure on properties of thermoplastic rubbers based on polar butadiene acrylonitrile rubbers (SKN-18, SKN-26, SKN-40) and polyolefines (polypropylene and high density polyethylene) have been studied. The right choice of the mixing procedure open the possibility to obtain thermoplastic rubbers of better component compatibility and mechanical properties as well as oil and aging resistance.

Thermoplastic Rubbers Based on Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Rubber and High-Pressure Polyethylene – Kostrykina G.I., Sudzilovskaya T.N., Slysh G.A., Emel’yanov D.P., Korolev A.M. (P. 13).

Effect of composition and processing on properties of thermoplastic rubbers based on ethylene-propylene-diene rubber and high-pressure polyethylene have been studied. One-stage processing provides better properties. Addition of elastomer fillers (ground vulcanized wastes of rubber production) results in decrease of residual elongation after break.

The System of Support of Decision at SKD Production – Bityukov V.K., Lebedev V.F., Tikhomirov S.G., Khvostov A.A., Khromykh E.A. (P. 15).

Mathematic model of molecular mass distribution (MMD) of SKD in dependence of production parameters of reactors is developed. Software as well as the list of processing parameters of equipment of SKD production is suggested for MMD control.

Determination of Viscoelastic Parameters of Rubbers by Means of Dynamic Indentation with the Use of Nonlinear Model – Kren’ A.P., Rudnitskii V.A., Deikun I.G. (P. 19).

Analysis of static and dynamic penetration of indenter in rubbers and experimental determination of impact penetration have been made. Suggested method of calculation open the possibility to determine modulus and viscosity of rubber.

Study of the Conditions of Formation of the Layer of Fluorine Containing Ingredients on the Rubber Surface – Dedov A.V., Stolyarov V.P., Baranov V.A., Bablyuk E.B., Nazarov V.G. (P. 23).

The possibility of formation of fluorinated layer on elastomer surface in the case of equilibrium content of various fluorine containing ingredients in the elastomer has been studied.

Study of Compressibility of Polyorganosilicone Elastomers – Severnyi V.V., Tagirov A.Ya. (P. 25).

Effect of viscosity and molecular mass on compressibility of polyorganosilicone elastomers and liquids at room temperature have been measured. Compressibility of polyorganosilicones (up to 18.14% under 500 MPa) shown to be higher than that of water (13,2%) and toluene (16,99%) under the same pressure (according literature data). Increase of viscosity and molecular mass results in decrease of compressibility. Introducing of heterounits in molecular chains of linear polymers (used for suppressing of crystallization), results in nearly twofold decrease of compressibility.

Effect of the Roughness of the Surface on the Tangent of the Angle of Mechanical Loss under Shear – Naumenko V.Yu., Naumenko A.V. (P. 28).

Tangent of the angle of mechanical loss tg have been determined from the parameters of resonance curve obtained by means of quartz resonator. Films of PETF with different amount of polystyrene and butadiene acrylonitrile rubber SKN-18 casted on metal surfaces of different roughness have been studied. At height of overhangs more than 7 mkm tg is constant.

Evaluation of Efficient Characteristics of Fillers of Composites with Rubberlike Matrix – Zgaevskii V.E. (P. 29).

Analytical relationships for evaluation of volume fraction of fillers and efficient dimensions of their particles used structural characteristics of fillers and geometrical dimensions of their particles have been developed. The model approach is based on concept of multilevel structure of fillers.
