Methyl and Isobutylaluminoxanes as Effective Modifiers for NdCl3·3(iÑ3Í7OÍ) – Àl(iÑ4Í9)3 Catalytic System – Akhmetov I.G., Vagizov A.M. (P. 2).

Isoprene polymerization under the influence of the NdCl3·3(iÑ3Í7OÍ)– Àl(iÑ4Í9)3 catalytic system modified with methyl and isobutylaluminoxane was studied. Kinetic polymerization parameters, molecular characteristics and polymer microstructure were defined. More effective activation of catalytic system by methylaluminoxane is assumed to be connected with minimal steric hindrance on coordination of the modifier nearby an active site.

Key words: polyisoprene, synthesis, catalytic system, modification, methyl and isobutylaluminoxane

Application of Destructed Synthetic Butadiene Rubber in the Synthesis of Polydicyclopentadiene – Bogomolova Ì.N., Zemlyakov D.I., Sidorenko N.I., Ashirov R.V., Rusakov D.A., Chaikovskii V.K. (P. 6).

Effect of destructed synthetic butadiene rubber, obtained as a result of chemical removing of insoluble residue from polymerization equipment, on the properties of polydicyclopentadiene (polyDCPD) was studied. The use of such modifying additives results in decrease of hardness and the glass transition temperature and small increase of Izod impact strength of polyDCPD.

The Study of Interconnection between the Structure and InRubber Modifying Activity of Molecular Complexes of Resorcinol and NitrogenContaining Heterocyclic Compounds – Logvinova M.Ya., Sakharova E.V., Krylov A.V., Potapov E.E., Khlebov G.A., Kablov V.F., Inzhinova L.M. (P. 28).

A novel method of rubber modifiers reactivity evaluation is developed. The quantochemical calculations make it possible to put forth the directions for the molecular complex modifiers` activity enhancement. The maximal modifying activity is ensured with the maximal level of nitrogencontaining heterocycle protonization.
