Parameters of Molecular Structure of Butadiene Rubber Prepared on Catalytic System Neodimium Versatate–Diisobutyl Aluminium Hydride–Hexachlor-p-Xylene – Akhmetov I.G., Makhiyanov N., Salakhov I.I., Khachaturov A.S. (P. 2).

Catalytic system of mixture of Nd(OCOR)3), diisobutyl aluminium hydride and hexachlor-p-xylene has been prepared and butadiene rubber synthesized. Structure of rubber was studied by NMR and its mechanical properties were compared with properties of commercial butadiene rubbers of high stereo regularity.

Effect of Individual Components of Latex on Ozonolysis of Unsaturated Elastomers – Poluektov P.T., Vlasova L.A., Korchagin V.I., Zhuchkov A.V. (P. 5).

Ozonolysis of styrene-butadiene and butadiene latexes has been studied. Addition of nearly 80% of ozone to rubber is shown. It opens the possibility to modify unsaturated rubbers. The use of surfactant without of unsaturated bonds increases the efficiency of modification.

Comparison Evaluation of Properties of TPR Based on Russian and Foreign Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Rubbers – Vol'fson S.I., Sabirov R.K., Safina N.P., Lavrov N.I., Khairetdinov M.G., Azizova A.K. (P. 7).

Processing and mechanical properties of TPR based on Russian and foreign ethylene-propylene-diene rubbers have been studied. The best properties of TPR based on Keltan 5531A and the need in Russian ethylene-propylene rubbers of better quality are shown.

Evaluation of Properties of TPR Based on Ethylene-Propylene Rubbers of Different Grade – Vol'fson S.I., Sabirov R.K., Safina N.P., Lavrov N.I., Khairetdinov M.G., Azizova A.K. (P. 9).

Processing and mechanical properties of TPR based on ethylene-propylene rubbers of different grades have been studied. The possibility to use the Russian rubbers is shown providing special formulation. The best results are obtainable by means of mathematical simulation.

Some Relationships of the Changes of Viscosity of Binary Blends of Similar Polyorganosiloxanes – Kovyazin A.V., Kopylov V.M., Kovya-zin V.A., Savitskii A.A. (P. 11).

Viscosity of blends of oligoorganosiloxanes has been measured and equation for calculation of viscosity from the data of individual substances is presented.

Modification of Ethylen-Propylen-Diene Copolymers for Improvement of Ozone-Resistance of Its Covulcanizates with Butadiene Acrylo-nitrile Rubbers – Livanova N.M., Shershnev V.A., Dudnik M.V., Karpova S.G., Popov A.A. (P. 13).

Properties of covulcanizates of butadiene acrylonitrile rubbers with ethylene-propylene-diene rubbers, initial and modified by sulfur and accelerators have been studied. Effect of structure of ethylene-propylene rubber on covulcanizates properties is shown.

Physical Modification of Diene Rubbers as a Method of Abrupt Improvement of Processing Properties of Rubber Compounds and Mecha-nical Properties of Vulcanized Rubbers. Part I. – Dorozhkin V.P., Galimova E.M., Il’yasov R.S. (P. 18).

Physical activation by means of repeated shock action on rubber crump is in use for improvement of processing properties of rubber compounds and mechanical properties of vulcanized rubbers. Viscosity of synthetic isoprene rubber decreases twofold and modulus of vulcanized rubbers increases. There are nearly no changes in chemical structure of rubbers studied by means of IR-spectroscopy.

Thermodynamic analysis of encapsulation process is attempted with the aim of understand the additional increase of adhesion of rubber compounds containing some capsulated viscous ingredients.

Evaluation of Interaction between Silica Filler and Rubbers by Means of Dynamic Reometer RPA2000 – Vol'fson S.I., Kazakov Yu.M., Sabirov R.K., Mokhnatkina E.G., Makhotin A.A. (P. 22).

Influence of the silica filler and silane concentrations on the dynamic mechanical properties of rubber compositions was studied by means of reometer RPA2000. The efficiency of evaluation the mixing quality of silica with rubber and coupling effect of silane is shown.

Methods of measurement and calculation of shrinkage after mould vulcanization of rubber articles are presented and discussed.

Processing of wastes of butadiene acrylonitrile rubbers to crump has been studied. Two-step process including mastication and plasticizing (with dibutyl phthalic ester, oil asphalt, additive OMC) is developed and properties of rubber compounds and vulcanized rubbers, containing cramp “Polykrosh SK” are studied.
