Governing of Structure and Properties of «Cobalt» cis-Polybutadiene – Kropacheva E.N. ,Smirnova L.V., Sakhabutdinov A.G.,Burganov T.G. (P. 2).

The rate of polymerization of «cobalt» cis-plybutadiene of different composition of catalytic system has been studied. Copolymerization of small amount of isoprene is recommended to improve short-term low temperature properties of vulcanized rubber. Properties of polybutadiene of different types of catalytic system are compared. The possibility of governing of degree of molecular branching is shown.

Effect of Conditions of Catalyzer Synthesis and Polymerization on Macrostructure and Molecular-Mass Characteristics of «Cobalt» cis-Plybutadiene – Smirnova L.V., Kropacheva E.N., Sakhabutdinov A.G., Khamitov I.I. (P. 5).

Interaction between components of cobalt catalytic system has been studied by EPR method. Effect of polymerization conditions on molecular mass distribution and its connection with macrostructure and polybutadiene properties (viscosity as well as vulcanized rubber strength and resilience ) are shown.

Relaxation Transitions of Elastomers at the Temperatures Higher than Glass Transition Temperature – Bartenev G.M., Barteneva A.G. (P. 8).

Data concerning physical relaxation transitions in polymers above glass transition temperature (- transitions ) are summarized. Parameters of - transitions are compared with parameters of -transition. Data obtained by means of modern structural methods concerning evidences of existence of density fluctuations in polymers are analyzed. Coincidence of these data with data obtained by means of relaxation spectrometry is shown. The difference between the frequency shifts of temperatures - and - transitions shown to be responsible for contradictions of experimental data obtained by different authors at different frequencies.

Effect of Deformation Conditions on Rheological Behavior of Filled Rubbers – Korchagin V.I., Shutilin Yu.F., Mal’ tsev M.V. (P. 13).

Rheological behavior of filled styrene-butadiene rubbers has been studied by means of two-capillary viscometer. Effect of fillers, plasticizers and relationship between capillary dimensions on data obtained is shown.

Resource-Saving and Ecologically Safe Technology of Utilization of Waste Tire – Shalyganov E.F., Anisimov P.V., Borisov E.M., Borisov I.E., Yazev V.A. (P. 16).

Process of waste tire utilization is presented including the removal of outer rubber layer, the extraction of side rings and further cutting of tire frames on flat particles. This process allows decrease of energy and labor expenditure and use of 100 % of all materials of tire. It is usable for utilization of some other types of rubber articles.

Effect of Properties of Treadbase Rubbers on Thermal State of Quarry Tires – Smirnov A.G., Dzyura E.A. Gogolev A.A. (P. 18).

Effect of vulcanized system, carbon black type, and rubber/fiber composites used in treadbase rubber compounds on the temperature of the tread of quarry tires under indoor tests is under consideration. Increase of the rigidity as a result of the use of rubber/fiber composites provides the decrease of the temperature.

Economical and Technical Aspects of Production of Competitive Tires of JSC «Dneproshina» – Verbas V.V. (P. 21).

Trends of activity of JSK «Dneproshina» are shown. These trends allow JSK «Dneproshina» to prevail at the domestic market of truck and agricultural tires, as well as to promote some tires at the world market. Economical and technical aspects of formation of successive key factors for creation of competitive goods are under consideration.

Special Features of Recycling of Waste Curing Bags and Bladders – Usachev S.V, Solov’eva O.Yu., Voronov V.M., Galybin G.M., Sergeeva N.L. (P. 24).

Review of data concerning reprocessing of waste curing bag and bladder by means of different methods. Results of recycling by means of. thermoplastication are presented.

About Manufacture of Multilayer Latex Goods – Maizelis B.A., Trofimovich D.P. (P. 31).

Composition of coagulant used in multilayer latex goods is presented. The coagulant increases adhesion between layers of latexes of different polymers of low interpolymer adhesion
